Lanzhou Gansu April 06, 2025— Qaiser Nawab, Chairman of the Belt and Road Initiative for Sustainable Development (BRISD), attended a special dinner reception as Guest of Honor in Lanzhou, Gansu, where he had the chance to meet with Dr. He Xiaozu, Party Secretary and Director General of the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Mrs. Gong Jiajia, Vice Director General, along with other prominent figures from the tourism industry.
